Our goal is to help those who are the first in their family to obtain a college degree.

Award

The award pays a total of $30,000 over four years. Generally, it will be paid per semester, $3,750 per semester.

Eligibility

The scholarship is for high school sophomores who reside in Salt Lake County, Utah. Students are not eligible if a parent or step-parent has graduated with a bachelor’s degree from a college or university in the United States. Household income must be $80,000 or less.

Scholrship recipients will also receive mentoring through high school and college, which will help them prepare for success in their post-high school education and career.
